| Teriberka 🌊 Day2. Sea urchins are more than just a delicacy, they are also a nutrient-rich food with numerous health benefits. From boosting immunity to improving heart health, including sea urchins in your diet can have a positive impact on your overall health. I have tasted sea urchin twice in my life: raw and cooked. The photo is of a freshly caught sea urchin. The sensations were strange 😁. In Kamchatka I tried it boiled, delicious!
