Bitcoin is not a risky asset, says top BlackRock manager. BlackRock views BTC as an emerging global fiat alternative. Bitcoin is a scarce, decentralized and non-sovereign asset that has no insurance or counterparty risk. BlackRock is already the main Bitcoin ambassador among funds.
