so guess who finally tried making sourdough bread from scratch? 🙋♀️ yup, this girl! after way too many youtube tutorials and a little encouragement from my cat (okay, she just wanted snacks), I gave it a go. and surprise, surprise, it actually tastes good! 🎉 still can't believe i didn't burn down the kitchen 😅 any tips for round 2? or should i just quit while I'm ahead? would love to hear your bread adventures!
