I’m not sure if I’m impressed or baffled at the audacity some restaurants have the audacity to charge $4 for a third of a box of Kraft dinner that hasn’t even been doctored up with some butter or extra cheese. That’s like a 12x markup on ingredients.

For reference, the usual markup is a bit less than 3x, and they aren’t usually so overt about using Kraft dinner even if they don’t make it from scratch(for example a lot of restaurants use Sysco or USA Foods).
