based on your screenshot, it shows the USDC on arbitrum chain. Maybe you can change the network(chain) and currency(eth)

Yes, you can! As long as there are enough fund and gas fee, you can bridge and purchase the asset via cross chain! The error message shows that you may not have enough fund to execute the transaction..
