Can someone tell my why I am no longer applicable? Yesterday i had 142 allowance and around 600 tips and today I get this numbers. Is there any contact where I can ask what happened?

I know that new members have to wait 48 hours, but I'm not new user and was able to tip and get tips from other users. Is it some kind of ban or error?
