Boil water in a pot and cook the ramen noodles. Discard the seasoning packet. Soak the tteokbokki rice cakes in water to soften them. In a large pan or pot, add the prepared sauce and chopped vegetables and fish cakes. Stir-fry them together.

Add the cooked ramen noodles and soaked tteokbokki rice cakes to the pan. Stir well to coat everything evenly with the sauce. Cook until the noodles and rice cakes are tender and the sauce has thickened. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onions and roasted seaweed.
