I went to an AI art exhibition at the Mori Museum in Tokyo, and I have to say, I was super disappointed. The messages were overly simplistic, with no inventive use of AI, and no work on sounds or music, which sounded like an art expo from the 70s. I don’t see the point of making AI art that looks basically the same as other contemporary art. I feel there are so many more possibilities and creative ways to approach it.
