Homemade sushi tonight: we cater to the kids so we stick to rolls. Tonight is shrimp tempura and California rolls. Weβll throw in a spicy tuna roll in there if the market has decent looking fish. I used to work at a Sushi Boy as a senior in high school and have never truly gotten away from making sushi since π±π£
