🚨 1 Billion Users? Not So Fast. If we bring 1 billion users into Web3 today, we won’t just be scaling innovation—we’ll be feeding the scammers. 📉 2023 global scam losses: $1 TRILLION 💸 2023 Web3 scam losses: $30 BILLION 🔮 Projected by 2026 with 1B users: $150 BILLION in scam-related losses Before we scale, we need education. 📚 1. We Need Education Before Abstraction Simplifying the UX is great, but it’s not enough. People also need to be taught: 🔵 How to spot scams 🔵 Basics of cybersecurity 🔵 Ethics and values in digital spaces Web3 companies should allocate real budgets to educational initiatives—not just UX polish. I'm personally building an educational game that tackles scams through storytelling: 👉 https://www.mindattic.io/plankton But I can't do it alone—collaborators and support welcome.

🎬 2. Change the Narrative Right now, the crypto world looks like this to outsiders: “99% of everything is a scam.” That’s not just bad PR, it’s a psychological barrier. Imagine walking into a room of 100 people knowing 99 of them want to rob you—who’d stick around? The solution? 🔵 Invest in good people 🔵 Fund meaningful stories—books, short films, games 🔵 Use storytelling as subtle, sustained trust-building (Hollywood’s been doing it for 100 years… and it works.) 🧭 3. Unorthodox + Human-First Approaches If we want a different result, we have to try different things. 🔵 Educate first 🔵 Tell real, human-centered stories 🔵 Ditch the jargon 🔵 Flood the space with decency, humility, and real value Because tech doesn’t win on its own—trust does. Trust built through stories. 💬✨ Long journey ahead, but we’re builders. Let’s get to work.
