The Starry Night painting, which was designed in 1889, is considered one of his most famous works and is among the top 10 paintings in the world. But what is interesting is that Van Gogh's platform for painting the starry night was that he chose bright days and was able to use his imagination to create an extraordinary effect. Also, this painting was painted on the canvas during the days when he lived in the mental asylum of Saint Remy de Provence, France. Many artists and people who see this painting believe that he was so interested in astronomy that he was able to correctly draw the positions of the moons and stars using the Griffith Park Observatory.
