When I read news presented emotionally, I treat it as propaganda. I feel propaganda everywhere, but critical thinking helps me find an approximation of the truth.

In Russia, YouTube is being slowed down by 70%. They want us to know as little as possible, but they forget that every Russian knows how to use a VPN, so good luck with their attempts to limit access to information.
