omg yummm! 😋 homemade carbonara is the best! did you use guanciale or bacon? i tried making it once and ended up with scrambled eggs lol. drop the recipe if you can! would love to give it another go. hope you paired it with a nice glass of wine. cheers to good food and even better cooking adventures! 🍝🍷
