First few days of 2023 have been so blissful for me, thanks to meeting old friends again and learning some spiritual concepts and practices from them, Advaita Vedanta being the most powerful one for me. It emphasizes on the principal of non dualism, that points to the basic Unity of everything – that ultimately, there is no division or separation between you or anything else in your experience.

I visited the Ramakrishna Math in Bengaluru, IN over the weekend and picked up a book from their store, titled The Interpretations of Bhagavad Gita by Swami Ranganathananda.
Excited to embrace the teachings and move forward in my spiritual journey.

I feel blessed to have access to all the knowledge shared by our ancestors, and to be alive today to share the joy with y'all 🙂
