Hair-leaf dolma is one of the types of dolma and is known as one of the traditional and authentic Iranian foods. The most famous hair-leaf dolma in western Iran belongs to the city of Sanandaj, in the northwest of Iran belongs to cities such as Ardabil and Tabriz, and in eastern Iran, Khorasan belongs to the cities of Bojnourd and Ferdows, where dolma is mostly prepared with aromatic and mountain vegetables.
