Week 3 as non smoker Had bachelor parties, nights out and stressful situations. It was hard but easy to stay rational and say no to myself. Even though I still have cigs. Third week: the hardest. Being on vacation with 2 small kids (0-3). Never alone, missing those tiny breaks I used to have. Still going strong🫡

Thanks Mikko! I guess I sort of wanted to challenge myself with this bad timing and yes like everything it goes with ups and downs constantly. But I’m confident I’ll never touch a cig ever again. Its useless and pure toxic💪
