Am I the only one exhausted from buying groceries and cooking multiple times a day? I dream of a body that only needs to eat once every 24 hours.

I only cook once a day. I guess it depends what you are used to and what you need. I buy groceries once a week, actually order them for pickup every thursday. :)

I need a life hack, how do you manage to cook once a day? 😁 I try different strategies time to time, but it’s like tiredness over all haha

I skip breakfast and eat around 3 pm and then have some yogurt with berries and seeds in the evening. :)

woah, how long you've been eating this way? any changes you've noticed? I know fasting is good but always wonder about the downsides

about 10 years haha. i feel much more energetic when i skip the breakfast. i do sometimes eat breakfast and last year i tried to do 30 grams of protein each morning but didn’t stick to it for more than four months. i’m guessing that the only downside is to not get enough protein in. i have also done 72 hour fasting with only water.

interesting. Might have to give it a try. When I've had a day without breakfast I did noticed very different kind of energy, after a few hours the hunger stops and i just feel normal. My only worry is as you mentioned getting enough proteins+calories during the day
