that's oura right? have not used mine for a six months now cause I felt it gave me a bit too much stress on a stressful period.

cool. yeah i think when a wearable becomes another reason to stress about lack of sleep etc, you have to ditch it. 

the best use case is fitness and to get a baseline of what are your overall health stats. alcohol for me is the worst thing i can do in the evening - the stats are crazy.

yup. i also stopped until two days ago bc i was checking it too much.
