I'm seeing more crypto protocols design their tokenomics so that they launch their token but only make them transferrable if they hit certain milestones such as TVL, revenue, etc. This ensures long-term, performance-based alignment between the team, users, LPs, and investors. Short-term, predatory VCs and farmers absolutely hate this. I love to see it.
