The new channels model is going to be great 

It already has the feeling of being a member of specific communities whereas the previous channels felt more like tags on your casts

The telling point for me is that I’m now compelled to leave certain channels I had “joined” in the old model. That’s a good thing. It means community membership has more meaning and significance

With this new model I am in the channels that I really feel identified with and part of them. 

Now I am more selective and I write a little more outside the channels than before. 

I hope that the change will help boost the growth of Farcaster, web3 and dapp communities that are part of this ecosystem 😎🎩
