feels like duna admin selection is super flawed as proposals and not through something like prophouse style voting. What happens if we vote FOR everyone running? do we just end up with 3-4 admins?

I would imagine the DAO can choose to decentralize the role as much as it would it…. But there’s (1) main admin, the rest would be reserves.

Paying 100k for multiple reserves is just dumb. You guys should split the role and split the pay if multiple are voted in, imo.

Whose knocking down the door for the admin & reserve roles? Where’s the props? Where’s the candidates? If anyone wants to signal their interest they should go onchain.

Umm... Index, Wylin? ... they're up... you just front run the actual prop... and the question is... what happens if you get, and so do they? we pay 300k instead of 200k? or one of you guys back out? First person up gets it? or do we just cancel the stream for whoever gets less yes votes overall, regardless of the W's? There are so many flaws I'm sure you'd be pointing out if you werent in the running.... but alas...

In my opinion these are two different roles that need to be filled by two different people, and a DAO vote will decide who fills both of those positions....so who fills the reserve role is not dependent on who fills the admin role. Index is proposing for the admin role..... it's not flawed and rather straight forward, if the DAO would rather see Wylin as Reserve Admin then vote against my proposal and wait for his to go up and vote for it.
