are frames able to detect whether they are being displayed in the mobile app vs desktop/web? trying to make a frame that performs differently on mobile vs desktop...

Is this for the purposes of different actions? Or for the display of the frame image? I’m assuming you’re wanting contextual wallet behavior.

rainbow wants to make a frame that incentivizes people to select Rainbow as their “Preferred Wallet” in warpcast (mobile) because “preferred wallet” setting only exists and is relevant in Warpcast mobile app, we would ideally just not allow users on desktop to interact with the frame saying something like “mobile only: come back on your phone later”

Yeah solid. So you want to know both the client (Warpcast) and the OS and/or device category. I can imagine there are a bunch of good safety and security reasons to be cautious about sharing too much context with the frame server. But those feel like valuable things to add to the support exploration. In favour!
