Happy Sunday, everyone! Do you know what’s crazy about this shot? I had cancer here, and I didn’t even know it. All I knew was that I had less and less energy, was super bloated, and was mad at myself because I thought I was just gaining weight and needed to work out more. Honestly, I was so mean to myself for not being able to perform… I forced myself to shoot, work, and even went to urgent care, where they told me I just needed to fix my diet. We have to advocate for ourselves more—when we don’t feel right and notice that something is off, we have to push for more tests.

Seems ironic that an Urgent Care facility wouldn’t give you the care you urgently needed. The last two times we’ve gone to one, they redirected us to a hospital emergency room as they didn’t have the necessary equipment to diagnose, etc. I agree; we need to advocate for ourselves!

Happy to hear that they redirected you. For me she just oh its all gas and you need to fix your diet….
