You can use the dot dot dot and tap on see less to get rid of these! 
I only get notified of people I follow who cast after a while now.

I thought it should be much more but 10 days seems reasonable. I'm tempted to try this for myself lol. Recent events have made me wanna take a break from Farcaster...

what's your best guesstimate of how long is a while?
