This is season 3. They just released a token $dev and airdropped to Farcaster. Previous seasons each had different rules but roughly scout game is platform where developers can get points based on their contributions to open source projects by connecting their github accounts. You can invest in developers by buying their card. At the end of each week you can claim points if the developer you chose contributed.
