Update:  I fixed this by opening up an opensea tab and forcing the prompt there.

Ah this happened to me a few days ago and I was having a hard time breathing for 5 hours. I didn't know what a stuck tx is. Finally solved by sending a tx using rainbow wallet and (over) tipping the miner.
