Basically you can't cast or reply in channels unless you are approved by the owner or moderator to be a member. Spam filtering will not apply in channels anymore. 
Owner and moderators of a channel decide everything.

That's why I'm nervous. Mine is channel everyone is supposed to freely cast to and moderating it should get challenging when bots and spammers can't cast anywhere else! 
I also have to find out how to give access to everyone who wants it.
