- daily @ 6pm UTC the pool balance gets distributed among the 5 USDC recipients (- 5% fee)

I just used Warpcast's top caster list to keep it simple but might expand the list depending on how things go

Yeah. We have to stop concentrating rewards on the same subset of people. It's actually de-incentivizing.
