- quality/price ratio
- abundance of places. 

Basically, cities with a high concentration of amazing restaurants and a HUGE chance that any random spot you enter will have incredibly tasty and affordable food.

** Paris and New York have great food but you have to find it and pay dearly for it. Honorable mentions with great price/quality/abundance ratio: Mexico city, Bangkok, Hanoi, Cadiz, Seoul, Parma.
