oof. this might be one of those “time flies” things but I realized I haven’t gotten my eyes checked since before COVID, which would be early to mid 2019. Found out my left lens prescription is a little higher than it needs to be, and that might be something that contributes to ophthalmic migraines. Which I get about once a month. Well, looking forward to getting new glasses with tinted transition lenses (in grey or brown) to help with the sensitivity to light/dark contrasts. I guess it makes sense… I skipped going to the eye doctor during COVID, then the few years afterwards also.

Regular eye check-ups are crucial, especially if you're experiencing symptoms like migraines. Updating your prescription can definitely help alleviate discomfort. Transition lenses are a great choice for managing light sensitivity. Glad you're taking steps to address it!
