What’s the one thing you always make time for, no matter how busy life gets?

For me, it’s my solitude. I make sure to carve out a little “me” time every day. This is when I get the chance to think, reflect, and hopefully improve. Most days, this happens during my daily walks, but even if I miss those, I’ll find another way to fit in some solo time.

Same, I need some alone time. Maybe it’s waking up extra early on the weekend before the kids are up or a dog walk during the day when they have been dropped at school. Perfect brain reset to deal with all the day.
