Avalanche's Subnet architecture offers flexibility and scalability for projects. This has attracted a number of new projects to its ecosystem. As these projects grow and generate more activity, they can drive up demand for AVAX tokens. Additionally, Avalanche's focus on enterprise solutions could open up new revenue streams. However, it needs to compete with other Layer - 1 platforms in terms of developer adoption and user experience to sustain its growth.
