Are there still plans to charge for farcaster names and charge a subscription fee for warpcast?

I'd pay to anonymously DM someone on slack, whenever they have bad slack etiquette. For example, using @everyone for low signal messages where there are hundreds/thousands of people 🙃

If so, I find it unlikely. SVB collapsed because it was too concentrated in tech, and then everything flipped. For the whole system to experience concurrent need for deposits, there would need to be a huge recession like 2008, but the fed saved them.

I've seen the incentive problem where farcaster clients don't have to share their data back to the hubs discussed a bit. IIRC, the solution was to make amps only available to those who share data? 

1) Do you think Amps will suffice?
2) Do you all have any other planned methods? 
3) Any other general thoughts?
