No prob mate, and nice to meet you too. Im just saying that promoting a gif ART event with memes works against the word ART if we really want to push this format as ART, about memes everybody already knows about it.
I respect memes (and also do them) but not as art.🙏 (and actually I really like your other works, really).

I suppose I have a similar feeling with pixel art medium used to something that I don't really agree with— but I could absolutely understand the appeal and accessibility of pixels (or in this case, GIF memes) for the mass as a vassal of learning to a better understanding down the line.

I'm not the initiator of the event, I was just merely volunteering just because I have the time and the means to do so 🙂. Would love to see your version, for sure- your works are bonkers!
