Tomica is Japanese haha, it's a lot more bland design-wise compared to HW/Mattel's though.

I don't even know what Tomica is. Hot Wheels are superior to Matchbox though :) Love it

Oh vintage hotwheels and matchbox are cool though! The newer ones perhaps leaving little to be desired for me haha (but hey, it clearly works for boys his age now 🤣)

When i was a kid it was hot wheels vs matchbox (tomica cars werent as available in the US). I loved the hotwheels, especially between 1995-2005 when they did “first editions” and “treasure hunt” series.
