Sometimes you just need conviction to see your idea through. And sometimes, it’s time to pivot. It’s a very fine line. How do you decide which is the right path?

"pivot" means keeping the core progress, but changing direction towards better pmf. pivots are good. rawdawing "conviction" to a dead end until you give up and start a whole new project is a more like a "do-over". it demands introspective mea culpa. it comes with a morale hit. time to take a step back. avoid this.
