All the big artists that left Russia in 2022 have finally come together in some sort of giant power ranger and are going to play this huge concert. A mega party of foreign agents is taking shape. Only for some reason, it is without Oksi, Zemfira, and Nogu Svelo.

It will be a mini-region-an analogue of the small Luzhniki arena. Just for your information, this is not that Wembley where Fedya Mercury jumped. But 13 000 people in London who speak Russian is strong and large-scale.
