MONDAY MOTIVATION My morning routine: I wake early in the morning Yes i follow a daily routine Upon waking up, i drink four glasses of water (approximately 500 ml) on an empty stomach. Then i wait 45 minutes and avoid eating or drinking anything for the next 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, i take my breakfast. Opt for a light breakfast and i avoid heavy meals for the next three hours. This helps to boost my metabolism and improve my digestions Thanks for reading
