My hot take is that sci-fi just doesn’t hit like it used to. Because real life already feels like a never-ending dystopian saga. Like for example the new season of Black Mirror was kind of mid because it just felt…normal

I’ve felt this too. Horror seems to be “the new” sci fi. Which is too bad for me since I dont like horror.
