vulnerable moment alert! lately i haven't been feeling motivated to make music. i feel like my songwriting hasn't been speaking to me like it used to, i'm not able to write good songs anymore, & my voice isn’t working right. i've been feeling lost and stuck, not knowing what my nexts steps are. sometimes i feel like i don't do enough and don't even know where to start in the first place. i think it's important to be transparent and show that things aren't always so easy, and there are definitely times where i don't want to create anything, or feel i like i can't at all. coming back to the guitar (though i'm not the best at it) helps me to write without thinking too much about it. i wrote this song yesterday and i think it's one of the first songs i've written in a while that speak to how i'm feeling. these moments suck but i think they make for great songs later on. great things are ahead, but for now, we keep going <3

Ah🥺 all of this🫶🏼 Thank you for sharing this Mia. So much I wanna say 🫂 You have the music in you and your voice is a gift🥹these seasons of the journey might not make sense now, but they will later. And just know the music will always be there and nothing is ever lost. Thanks for being so real about what you’re experiencing, it resonates with many of us <3
