hello guys, now just start your project with:
1- create your files
2- add them to your stage by      using git add .
3- now start coding
4- commit your code with git commit command
5- same steps again....

hi guys, after creating some commits, now if you dont like you commits you can easily reset them by using:
$ git reset [your commit hash]
this commant has some options like --hard that remove your changes and staging.
you can use --soft that just remove your commit
