The Conservatives didn't hold either of those seats. The Manitoba seat has been held by the NDP for a while, I believe. The loss in Montreal was a Liberal incumbent in Trudeau's backyard. The Conservatives took Toronto St. Paul's from the Libs. The Liberals are finished.
