Morning folks! I am not on here because by end of day I am unable to move even a finger… Project: Backyard revival is underway…💪🏼🤪🤪🤪 Who would have thought landscaping would be such backbreaking labor! Doing it in 95F doesn’t help. This week the temps should be in the low 80s, so now is the time to strike. Just put in an order for aggregate and compost to arrive early next week…

We have a rough idea, but it may develop organically as we add things. Those natural Mexican Patio stones you see, are something we might add later, once we know for sure what we want to do with the space. We definitely would want a deck built, sections that house plants and a vegetable/ fruit garden, but the backyard gets a lot of shade because of the oak trees, so need to find shade resistant plants. There will also be these coated metal grids installed to allow for climbing vines…and eventually my husband wants to build a small free standing office… As you see, it’s more of a long-term project, unless we win the lottery 😅
