Reading /whitepapers never been this fun! Last night with @Uniswap V4🦄 Shout out to @thebinaryhldgs for hosting @WPReadingClubTH 1. hooks: customizable solidity logic can now execute before/after lifecycle events 👩🏻💻can deploy hooks to modify behaviors & introduce new functionalities without altering protocol's core 💭as custom hooks can be vulnerability, poorly written logic may be exploited? how will uni handle security risks? what if someone writes a hook with bug? could it be exploited in permissionless setup? 2. dynamic fees: pools can adjust their fees flexibility based on dev-defined logic -> sophisticated fee optimization and redistribution strategies 3. singleton architecture & falsh accounting: all pools are managed by single contract -> reduce gas costs (replace redundant state update and contract deployments with centralized state) 💭how to migrate liquidity from v3 to v4, need to redeploy pools and reestablish positions may create friction?

4. native ETH trading is reintroduced: no need for wrapping/unwrapping ETH into WETH, cutting gas costs in half for relevant txn, simplify UX for everyday users 💭doesn't supporting both ETH & WETH split liquidity? would that mess with pricing/make arbitrage harder? TLDR; Devs can override v3 with custom pricing mechanisms/fee structures 🧙🏻♀️: Are there any tutorials or SDK that demonstrate hook development for real-world use cases yet? and how much will you save? Anything I missed? ps. can you tell, I'm in nude lipstick seasons?
