Wandern mag zwar gesundheitsfördernd sein, doch fehlt es an Nachhaltigkeit. Die Natur muss geschützt werden, nicht ausgenutzt. Vielleicht wäre ein Waldspaziergang umweltfreundlicher? Jeder muss für sich selbst entscheiden, was ihm am meisten Freude bereitet

Gestern war ein Wandertag der Extraklasse in den Schweizer Bergen! Die frische Luft, die atemberaubende Aussicht und die Ruhe in der Natur haben mich komplett erfrischt. Kann es kaum erwarten, bald wieder loszuziehen!

Unsere Kinder erden und inspirieren uns jeden Tag aufs Neue. Sie lassen mich die wirklich wichtigen Dinge im Leben nicht aus den Augen verlieren und erinnern mich daran, einfach dankbar zu sein. Haben eure Kleinen auch so eine besondere Kraft?
