We're about to integrate @farcaster in our @daolize tool, and, if I got you correct, we're doing what you're asking (community-curation of social accounts), currently focused on NFT-based communities

If I understand correctly, what daolize does is allow community members to curate tweets and casts from the general public, right?

I meant the other way round, where the content casted by a given community's wrapcast account represents a collective voice curated off-and-pre-wrapcast(say in discord).

Daolize allows members of a community to propose content and vote on proposals. Based on the rules set, the content can then be published on the official Twitter (or farcaster, soon) account of the community.

The result is an official social feed, voted and curated by NFT holders.

The proposed content stays inside Daolize until it reaches the minimum quorum to be streamlined to official social accounts
