We should care for the weakest members of our society as it means a much more fruitful future for everyone on the planet. Yes, there are amazing opportunities in the world, and hard work + dedication can get you to places that you never dreamed of. But it is also very hard, draining, and unfair sometimes. I am a centrist. So while I do believe in survival of the fittest, I also believe that the weak should be cared for. Just as wolves in a pack follow the weakest to protect.
