This week I built the official Base Discord support. As the Base Advocate Lead, a volunteer chosen by the Base Discord team, I represent decentralized contributors in our effort to promote the Base culture and support its users. We were tasked with resolving all OCS issues, including missing level NFTs, points, minting problems, and other bugs. During Onchain Summer, Base Advocates collectively flagged over 800 tickets for missing NFTs/points to be manually issued by the team and resolved many more, handling up to 150-200 tickets daily. Personally, I resolved hundreds of tickets, compiled lists of incorrectly resolved issues, and oversaw many more.

I need to clarify. I am NOT base official. In the first sentence i meant that i provided support in ,,official Base Discord". I am not base employee, i am not base official.
