My Morning Routine👇 After no alarm wake up, I immediately take 50g of nootropics mixed with my Blue Majik Spirulina electrolyte nicotine chai. Next is self-induced hypothermia in my Huberman 🧊 Tank. Once the paramedics leave, I free form journal in my $500 Notion Template until my afternoon call Flow state 🔓

I'd listen closely to how they describe situations in which a coworker may have fallen short on a project they were responsible for, missed KPI or whatever. Are they still supportive of the coworker, not trying to frame them poorly, willing and able to take responsibility for their own role in the failure?
