Going to Tokyo in November. Would love recs on which part of Tokyo to stay in? Prefer something not touristy but a fun / hip neighborhood with good connectivity.

shimokitazawa is the spot! super chill vibes, lotsa cool shops and cafes. plus, easy to get around tokyo from there. enjoy the trip! 🎌
